These goals are further detailed on an annual basis with corresponding action plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><br>Our overarching goals are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\" id=\"medarbetare\">Employees<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Craftor strives to achieve the industry's best working environment with zero workplace accidents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">V\u00e5ra medarbetare \u00e4r v\u00e5r viktigaste resurs och vi arbetar aktivt f\u00f6r att bibeh\u00e5lla v\u00e5r informella och entrepren\u00f6rsdrivna f\u00f6retagskultur som pr\u00e4glas av omtanke f\u00f6r varandra. F\u00f6r 2024 har vi satt ytterligare fokus p\u00e5 riskobservationer samt personalens v\u00e4lm\u00e5ende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\" id=\"klimat-resurser\"><br>Climate and Resources<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Halve climate impact by 2030 and move towards net-zero emissions by 2045.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Achieve 100% circular material flows by 2045.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Craftor har kartlagt klimatp\u00e5verkan fr\u00e5n v\u00e5r egen verksamhet och hade som m\u00e5l att minska den med 5% under 2023, bland annat genom \u00f6kad anv\u00e4ndning av br\u00e4nslet HVO100 ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r diesel samt \u00f6verg\u00e5ng till f\u00f6rnybar el. Vi minskade scope 1 och 2 med n\u00e4rmare 11% under 2023 j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med 2022. F\u00f6r 2024 har vi m\u00e5lsatt en fortsatt minskning. Vi kartlade \u00e4ven klimatp\u00e5verkan i v\u00e5r v\u00e4rdekedja under 2023 f\u00f6r att fram\u00e5t kunna fokusera p\u00e5 en minskning av f\u00f6retagets klimatp\u00e5verkan b\u00e5de uppstr\u00f6ms och nedstr\u00f6ms. Under 2024 kommer vi fokusera p\u00e5 att utbilda b\u00e5de internt och externt kring vilka h\u00e5llbara alternativ som finns i v\u00e5ra projekt f\u00f6r att p\u00e5b\u00f6rja v\u00e5r f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\" id=\"etik-ansvar\"><br>Ethics and Responsibility in the Supply Chain<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Craftor acts in accordance with our ethical guidelines and contributes to a value chain where operations are conducted under healthy working conditions and in an environmentally and socially sustainable manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Baserat p\u00e5 v\u00e5ra utf\u00f6rliga etiska principer och i dialog med v\u00e5ra leverant\u00f6rer vill vi bidra till en bransch med sunda arbetsvillkor och l\u00e4gre milj\u00f6p\u00e5verkan. . \u00a0F\u00f6r 2024 har vi ett \u00f6kat fokus p\u00e5 h\u00e5llbarhet i v\u00e5ra revisioner i leverant\u00f6rsledet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\" id=\"samarbete-samhallsansvar\"><br>Collaboration and Social Responsibility<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In collaboration with our customers and suppliers, we contribute to a long-term sustainable power grid in Sweden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Vi vet att vi inte har r\u00e5dighet \u00f6ver alla delar i v\u00e5r v\u00e4rdekedja men vi \u00e4r \u00f6vertygade om att det \u00e4r genom att arbeta tillsammans som vi kan g\u00f6ra st\u00f6rst skillnad. Vi m\u00e5ste hj\u00e4lpas \u00e5t att g\u00f6ra v\u00e5rt b\u00e4sta f\u00f6r att tillsammans skapa en s\u00e5 stor samh\u00e4llsnytta som m\u00f6jligt.
