Sweden is currently experiencing a period of growth, resulting in a significant increase in the demand for electricity in recent years. As new industrial and residential areas rapidly emerge, and existing technology ages, comprehensive updates in the distribution network are necessary. This is crucial to avoid unwelcome interruptions that can be costly and have serious consequences.

Craftor works on behalf of grid owners, industries, and major electricity consumers to ensure a high level of delivery reliability in power supply. In the Distribution business area, we plan, design, and construct power facilities with a capacity of up to 36 kV. The most urgent need is in our larger cities, particularly around Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmo, and Uppsala, where we have many of our projects.

However, our commitment extends across the entire country. Whether it involves new constructions or upgrades of existing networks, we always strive to create the most efficient network for each unique situation. With our extensive expertise and capacity, we are ready to build all types of facilities, from substations in complex environments to receiving stations for our industrial clients, and cable as well as overhead line networks in both urban and rural areas.
